Sending artes with Outlook 2007 failed

今天要重发一遍上个月月底的time  reporting，结果发送不出去，因为周末把Outlook更新到了2007。可气的是Artes的出错提示，明明我点击的是发送，它却总是告诉我，我点击了cancel，取消了发送过程。这样的提示如何帮助用户去解决问题。后来找到的解决办法：

1. Close Artes & Outlook 2007.

2. Install the Microsoft patch by clicking here.

3. Start Artes & Outlook 2007.

4. Send your Time Report.
